After participating in a lively chat on Wednesday night called #tchat (hosted by @TalentCulture each Wednesday at 7pm Eastern), where we were discussing this issue of loyalty in the workplace, it made me realize that how you define loyalty will have an impact on how you manage your career, conduct your job search, and perceive your current work environment.

So in an effort to learn more about workplace loyalty in 2012, I’d love to get your feedback. Please take our poll and/or comment on just what “loyalty” means to you in the workplace. Is it values driven, brand driven, people driven, all/none of the above?
