Discrimination in the job search

Posted on August 8, 2012. Filed under: Job Search Tips, Recruiting |

You hear much today about discrimination by employers in the job search process. But how often does it really happen? And, more importantly, where is the line drawn between information about a candidate that matters and stuff that has no impact on possible performance?
We’ll be discussing these topics on the Tech Career Forum chat on Wednesday 8/8 at 3pm Eastern. Join in the conversation by following and posting your thoughts to the #TCFchat hashtag on twitter.
For a full preview of the discussion questions, go to the Tech Career Forum LinkedIn Group (and join it free).

If you can’t make the chat, feel free to weigh in here. We’d love to hear from you.
